We have a dedicated team that offer an installation service and technical support apart from the support offered by the respective brand owners.

What is the typical lead time for orders placed directly with you?

For items already in stock in country, the lead time is 2 - 3 days. Items subject to import take about 3 - 4 weeks.

Do you have other staff members not listed on the website?

Please contact us only via the listed details. We have no other representatives outside of this list.

Do you demonstrate the items that are listed on the website?

All demos are made available from the brand. Most of the items can be shown by appointment at the Brand offices.

Are prices negotiable?

All the prices are negotiable depending naturally on the value of the individual item or the order.

Is possible to arrange a meeting at your offices?

Customers are welcome to visit us during normal working hours.
